There’s a lot of reasons on why people say they “can’t” stop there fitness and health journey because they don’t know what to eat or they don’t want to cook. .
For starters I’m 21 and I’m just starting to learn how to cook chicken. It’s not the best but it gets the job done. .
I struggled a lot with what to add with my chicken rather it be rice, eggs, vegetables, sweet potatoes, whatever you can think of I tried and it wasn’t cutting it out for me. .
Why? Because in my mind I had to have this most extravagant meal to get the results I wanted! When in reality I didn’t. .
Simplicity = Consistency: Meaning you keep it simple you’ll do it everyday and you won’t get overwhelmed on what to do or what to eat the next day.
I don’t like cooking at all, I feel like it’s a waist of time for something that is going to be gone in about 15 minutes. .
These guys have became my best friends in cooking. I change between the two every other day and all I have to do is throw them in the microwave and BAM it’s done. .
I’ve found what I liked and made it so simple that now I have no excuse to not eat clean everyday.
