I see so many people wasting a lot of time with supplements, training styles and their nutrition.
Which frustrates me because I know they can achieve so much whilst staying away from a lot of the BS they are reading in the magazines, from awful personal trainers and slimming clubs.
Here Five simple tips you should implements.
1. Weight loss = A calorie deficit
Whilst you want to be in a deficit you don’t want to be to steep in it straight away.
Put the phone away 2 hour priors bed time, get 7-8 hours of sleep a night.
3. Consume High percentage of protein in your nutrition.
Your hunger will stay away, it’ll help with muscle growth, repair and recover.
Don’t worry you won't look like a bodybuilder you’re in a deficit.
4. A training program that’s built around progressive overload and the style YOU enjoy. 5. Track your food intake, Track your training, Track EVERYTHING!. What isn’t measured, can’t be managed.
Many things can change during a weight loss phase they you most probably don’t know about and that’s why everything needs to be tracked because there are many circumstances to why you’ve hit a plateau. By tracking everything it’s easier to asses.
