To keep it easy tonight, I made a fruity bowl of cereal for dinner! I love making and eating these; full of nutrients, delicious and filling. There’s no wrong way to make them, all that matters is using ingredients you love!
For my bowl, I first water-fried TJ’s frozen cherries with açaí powder, vanilla, maple syrup and a bit of @metoliustea chai syrup (cane sugar, fresh ginger, black tea, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, salt, cayenne).
Then, I whipped it all together; 2 super ripe bananas, Uncle Sam’s Original cereal (wheat berries + flax), the warm cherries, walnuts, dried Michigan cherries, blackberries, almond butter, coconut butter (latest obsession), hempseed and icy cold almond milk.
The fruit bowl was amazing! I’m more than satisfied with my modest meal, feeling light and very content with my decision to make breakfast for dinner!
