Conny’s feed always makes me hungry. Sweet potatoes might be my favorite plantbased food and she makes them look so tempting 😋. 🌱Recipe: Chickpeas: Drain and rinse 1-15oz can chickpeas. (Optional: Toss chickpeas in a little olive oil before adding the spices.) Rub chickpeas with generous amount of tandoori masala seasoning, or substitute with other spices/herbs like smoked paprika, ancho chili, chipotle, cayenne, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, turmeric and make your own combo. Add salt to taste. Roast at 400F until crispy (about 20 minutes). Use fork to remove a little of the center of 3 baked sweet potatoes (sliced open) and load with chickpeas. 🌱Recipe: Easy guacamole: mix together 3 very ripe avocados (mashed), juice 1 lime, 2 finely grated garlic cloves, salt to taste. Add dollop of guacamole to top of chickpeas and add a drizzle of tahini and red chili flakes. НУТОВЫЕ СЫРНЫЕ ШАРИКИ Для начала, хочу поделиться историей этого рецепта😁 Все мы знаем такое известное блюдо из нута как фалафель. Сколько раз и где бы я не пробовала его, никогда не приходились мне по душе жирные шарики из фритюра. Долго я искала рецепт хорошего и сочного фалафеля без большого количества масла и жарки, но все они оказывались то сухими, то сильно мокрыми, вязкими, невкусными и тд. И в очередной раз создания несчастных гороховых шариков, прямо в процессе приготовления родился этот чудесный рецепт) 280 г уже замоченного на ночь нута 1 большой стручок сельдерея(около 60-70 г) 1 небольшая морковка 1 маленьуая луковица 2 зубчика чеснока 25-30 г кокосового масла 1 ст л сырных дрожжей 1 ч л куркумы 1/2 ч л копченой паприки Соль, специи по вкусу (Я брала те, что поярче 😂😊) Панировка: 1.5 с т л сырных дрожжей+1 ст молотого белого льна 1. Нут, морковь, лук и сельдерей пропускаем через мясорубку. 2. Добавляем к ним остальные ингрелиенты и перемешиваем 3. A crowd favorite recipe that pairs really well with so many things - veggies, rice, noodles. by @sixvegansisters INGREDIENTS 1 (14 oz.) block of extra firm tofu 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce or tamari 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil for marinade + 1 tbsp. for sauteing 3 tbsp. peanut butter (both crunchy and creamy will work) 2 tbsp. agave or maple syrup 1 tbsp. sriracha 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced 1/2 inch of fresh ginger, peeled and minced . DIRECTIONS Take tofu out of package and let water drain out for at least 30 minutes(If you are short on time, pat tofu with a paper towel and lightly squeeze out the water). Preheat oven to 350°F and place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Chop tofu into small cubes. Put tofu in the oven for 20 minutes (this will dry out the tofu, allowing it to better absorb the marinade). While the tofu is cooking, make marinade by combining all ingredients (listed under tofu) in a large mixing bowl. Whisk well. Once the tofu is done cooking, take out of the oven and put into the mixing bowl with the marinade. Mix well so that all of the pieces of tofu are covered with the marinade. Let sit for at least 10 minutes. Put olive oil for sauteing in a large pan over medium heat. Add tofu (trying to keep most of the marinade in the bowl, some will transfer and that’s okay). Saute the tofu until golden brown on all sides. Serve tofu and top with the remainder of the sauce (we usually microwave the sauce for ~10 seconds to heat up prior to serving). Okay so it has been a while... but I am back! The other day I had an indulgence day (aka day where I eat whatever I please) and I had to try @smallprintpizzabar !! It was incredible. I got the vegan Margherita and the hot chips 🤗 honestly the pizza was delicious but the chippies... they were out of this world amazing!! Hi lovelies ❤️ I'm still mega jet lagged after flying in from Israel yesterday! Sorry I haven't posted much as I recover. . But I had to share this super yummy simple #veganburger recipe with you: 🍔 INGREDIENTS buckwheat (cooked) Mushrooms, root veggies of choice, (chopped thin or shredded, I used frozen) Garlic Tamari Apple cider vinegar @traderjoes mushroom seasoning Poultry seasoning 🍔METHOD Preheat the oven to 360F. Put think chopped root vegetables in a pot with a splash of acv and tamari and cook until almost soft. Add chopped mushrooms, mix, and cook until everything is soft (about 10 minutes). Place garlic in @cuisinart food processor and run it until all garlic is chopped. Add cooked buckwheat, veggies (without the liquid broth left over in the pot), and seasonings, and process until it's totally smooth. use a 1/2 cup measuring cup to scoop the mixture and place on a silicone lined tray. Use the back side of the measuring cup to tap the mixture until it flattens. Bake for 15 minutes, then broil on high for 3-4. Allow to cool,then they'll easily come off the silicone mat. Serve with mustard, greens, pickles, @go_raw mixed nuts, and any other veggies ❤️

Have you ever had a vegan sushi style taco?! It's the perfect thing when you are all out ofrice and still have a mad sushi craving. I used @gardein crabless cakes for the filling, with sprouts, kimchi, purple cabbage, and my blue sushi dressing! All of this was on a sheet of nori, that was placed on a flour totila, with a thin layer of vegan mayo to help hold it together. The blue dressing is super simple and makes everything taste like sushi- perfect for sushi bowls or burretos! It's 1tbs vegan mayo, 1 tsp blue spirulina, 2 tsp mirin, 2 tsp rice vinager, 1 tsp sugar- adjust to your taste! Sometimes I like like it more vinagery or sweet depeding on what my filling is.

This pasta does not photograph well after bring reheated XD but I've found this béchamel sauce better once I've added to it. Just needed some extra spices, been changing it up each time. Curry powder, nutritional yeast and pepper works well. Do definitely need more to make lasagne with though.

Good Morning Everyone!🌞⁣ Happy Saturday 🌷⁣ Today’s Lunch Special: Soft puffy pooris 😋🍽⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Poori also spelled as puri, is a popular recipe across South India. The main ingredients to make poori are wheat flour, oil and water.⁣ And what’s more , it’s vegan , delightfully delicious and quite easy to make!😊⁣ ⁣Recipe below 📝👇🏻⁣ ⁣⁣ INGREDIENTS:⁣⁣ 🔻2 cup wheat flour⁣⁣ 🔻2 tbsp semolina ⁣⁣ 🔻pinch sugar⁣⁣ 🔻salt to taste⁣⁣ 🔻water - to knead⁣⁣ 🔻oil for deep frying⁣⁣ ⁣ INSTRUCTIONS:⁣⁣ 1. In a wide mixing bowl, add wheat flour, salt, pinch of sugar and semolina. Mix well.⁣⁣ 2. Add water little by little and make a tight, smooth and stiff dough and knead well for 5 minutes.⁣⁣ 3. Add litttle oil and knead for few minutes to make it smooth and soft.⁣⁣ 4. Make small lemon sized balls.⁣ 5. Roll the dough evenly into circles using a rolling pin.⁣⁣ 6. Keep in a plate and cover.⁣⁣ 7. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. When the oil is sufficiently hot, add one puri and press with the ladle to puff up.⁣⁣ 8. Once they puff, turn over.⁣ 9. Fry the poori till it’s golden brown all over.⁣⁣ 10. Remove the poori and place it in a tissue paper to remove the excess oil. Fry all pooris same way.⁣⁣ 11. These have been one of my household’s favourite go-to meal !🍽😋⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ Dosa is a simple , easy to make , appetizing and nutritious dish. It’s a fermented low carb-high protein food, packed with fiber and natural probiotics. And what’s more , it’s VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE as well 😋🍛⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Dosa is one such food item which is extremely appetizing and relatively light, made from rice , lentils and other spices , adding low calories in your body. It's a healthy choice to overcome obesity.⁣ ⁣⁣ A properly made crisp and savory Indian dosa is fairly simple to make, with this caveat: the batter must be fermented overnight for the correct texture and requisite sour flavor. Pressure cook 1 cup of masoor dal with 4 cups of water for 20 mins.⁣⁣⁣⁣ 2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and saute onions till they turn golden brown.⁣⁣⁣⁣ 3. Add crushed garlic , ginger, chopped tomatoes ,red chilli powder , turmeric and coriander powder and fry without burning the spices.⁣⁣⁣⁣ 4. Now add in cooked daal and mix well ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 5. Add salt to taste.⁣⁣⁣⁣ 6. Adjust the consistency by adding required water.⁣⁣⁣⁣ 7. Then mix in the chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté till the onions turn golden brown.⁣⁣⁣ 4. If so, I’ve never met them.⁣⁣⁣ It’s just a pity when you realize that a lot of restaurant garlic bread is not vegan! What to do? Make it yourself !!⁣⁣⁣ Recipe below 📝👇🏻⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ INGREDIENTS:⁣⁣⁣ 🔻2 large garlic bulbs⁣⁣⁣ 🔻1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided⁣⁣⁣ 🔻1/4 cup fresh basil, optional, or parsley⁣⁣⁣ 🔻1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste⁣⁣⁣ 🔻Dash red pepper flakes, optional⁣⁣⁣ 🔻1 loaf vegan Italian bread⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ INSTRUCTIONS:⁣⁣⁣ 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. ⁣⁣⁣ 2. Remove one garlic clove from one of the bulbs and set it aside.⁣⁣⁣ 3. Cut the tops off of your garlic bulbs, then arrange each on a sheet of foil. Drizzle each with a tablespoon of olive oil, then loosely enclose in the foil.⁣⁣⁣ 4. Roast the garlic until the cloves are soft and browned. ⁣⁣⁣ 5. Remove the garlic from the oven, loosen the foil, and allow the bulbs to cool for a few minutes. Leave the oven on.⁣⁣⁣ 6. When the garlic is cool enough to handle, squeeze the bulbs to extract the roasted garlic. It will be super soft.⁣⁣⁣ 7. Place the roasted garlic into the bowl of a food processor along with the raw garlic clove, 1/2 cup of olive oil, and salt. Blend until smooth.⁣⁣⁣ 8. Add the basil and pulse the food processor until it is finely chopped. ⁣⁣⁣ 9. Taste test and season with red pepper flakes and additional salt if you like.⁣⁣⁣ 10. Slice the loaf of bread in half, lengthwise, then slather the cut side of each half with the roasted garlic mixture.⁣⁣⁣ 11. Place the loaves into the oven, directly on the rack, cut side up. Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy. ⁣⁣⁣ 12. Slice and serve⁣. Asking yourself how I can be better than I was yesterday is far more productive than comparing yourself to others - I know because I’m human and I've been in both places. This is true for any area of your life- personal or professional.⁣ ⁣ Benchmarking yourself against others means you’re setting yourself up for 1 of 2 outcomes:⁣ ⁣ 1.Defeat - if you cannot achieve the same level of success.⁣ OR⁣ 2.Unfulfillment / Emptiness - when you do achieve the same level of success and wonder “is this it?” and “where to next ?”⁣ ⁣ The goal is never to be better than others, but to be better than YOU were yesterday. This can be applied to growing YOUR way.⁣ ⁣ Happiness is found when you stop comparing yourself to other people. Self confidence is not measured by your own capabilities versus that of others ,but by your own NEEDS.⁣ ⁣ So be yourself and dont compare your life to others. There is no comparison between the sun and the moon. Good Morning Everyone!🌞⁣ Happy Monday 🌷⁣ Today’s Breakfast Special: Soft puffy pooris 😋🍽⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Poori also spelled as puri, is a popular recipe across South India. The main ingredients to make poori are wheat flour, oil and water.⁣ And what’s more , it’s vegan , delightfully delicious and quite easy to make!😊⁣ ⁣Recipe below 📝👇🏻⁣ ⁣⁣ INGREDIENTS:⁣⁣ 🔻2 cup wheat flour⁣⁣ 🔻2 tbsp semolina ⁣⁣ 🔻pinch sugar⁣⁣ 🔻salt to taste⁣⁣ 🔻water - to knead⁣⁣ 🔻oil for deep frying⁣⁣ ⁣ INSTRUCTIONS:⁣⁣ 1. In a wide mixing bowl, add wheat flour, salt, pinch of sugar and semolina. Mix well.⁣⁣ 2. Add water little by little and make a tight, smooth and stiff dough and knead well for 5 minutes.⁣⁣ 3. Add litttle oil and knead for few minutes to make it smooth and soft.⁣⁣ 4. Make small lemon sized balls.⁣ 5. Roll the dough evenly into circles using a rolling pin.⁣⁣ 6. Keep in a plate and cover.⁣⁣ 7. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. When the oil is sufficiently hot, add one puri and press with the ladle to puff up.⁣⁣ 8. Once they puff, turn over.⁣ 9. Fry the poori till it’s golden brown all over.⁣⁣ 10. Remove the poori and place it in a tissue paper to remove the excess oil. Fry all pooris same way.⁣⁣ 11.
