I KNOW it’s hard to find time, I know you are tired and not motivated.
Work, school, struggling mentally, being a mama, etc.
It’s HARD, and wanting to workout on top of all of that? Pshh.
But working out isn’t something that you just need to do when you want to lose weight, or think that a certain body type is more attractive than your own.
There is a point when you become unhealthy and your body suffers.
You don’t need to work off the food you eat, or weigh what you did in high school, you just need to make taking care of you and your body a priority.
Go for a walk, go on a hike, go play soccer with your kids, do something today that your future self will thank you for.
Your body needs to be honored and treated well.
You deserve that.
