En la primera foto tenia 7 meses de embarazo, en la segunda foto tenia 2 semanas después del parto y la tercera foto es actual. Les voy a ser súper sincera, el embarazo es lo más hermoso del mundo, porque llevas un ser tan bonito dentro de ti ❤️, cómo también tiene sus cositas, el cuerpo ya no es el mismo, la piel del abdomen se estira, el cuerpo queda fofo, algunas engordan, algunas bajan de peso, te salen estrías, algunas veces se te cae los senos, sientes que ya no tienes 🍑, pero el cuerpo de la mujer es tan maravilloso y debemos sentirnos orgullosas de cada parte de nosotras, dejar de criticar tanto nuestro cuerpo y al contrario amarnos, ponernos bellas, arreglarnos, hidratarnos, cuidar de nuestra piel, hacer ejercicios, si alguien quiere hacerse alguna cirugía pues que se lo haga, el punto es que como nosotras nos sintamos, no como otros te vean o digan. En mi caso yo decidí llevar un estilo de vida saludable, me gusta mucho entrenar, porque cuando me veo en el espejo me siento bien conmigo misma. Hey guys!! Sorry I haven’t posted in a while I decided to take the weekend off because I was so tired and sore from last week. Of course it can be hard for some to take off from the gym, but I feel great and ready to get back to the gym now that I did! As you can see I haven’t posted any bar squats before because I have been working on them since September which is when I started lifting weights at the gym. In the video I posted, my squats are progressing but still have a long way to go and I can always improve. I know I could probably go down more, go down slower and keep more tension which are all things I plan on practicing on. Things take time and that was hard for me to accept at first but once I started to progress in weights it is such a great feeling that I don’t want to stop and can always get better. Remember it’s not going to be easy but it is going to be worth it in the end😊 🎬 @warnis Also thanks to my boyfriend for pushing me when I don’t want to but showing me that it’s a great feeling when you accomplish it❤️💕
