In meditation we have the opportunity to sit with ourselves, without distraction, without outside influences. .
Its so easy in our busy lives to feel like we're losing a sense of self. Questions like ...who am I? What am I doing with my life? What is my purpose? The mistake we make is thinking we can find answers to these questions outside of ourselves. .
Freedom begins when we realise that the answers to these questions of self all lie within. We simply need to sit with ourselves in meditation and reflect. Slowly with practice and an open heart we begin to see a glimpse of who we really are. .
