Meine größten Fehler der letzten Monate - Teil 5. Ich wollte alles sofort ändern! Kennt ihr das? Man überlegt sich gefühlt 100 Sachen die man ändern möchte?! Fehler 1 „ab morgen“ Fehler 2 „alles sofort“. Anstatt neue Gewohnheiten Stück für Stück zu integrieren und alte vermeidlich schlechte Gewohnheiten sich Stück für Stück abgewöhnen, möchte man über Nacht sein ganzen Leben auf den Kopf stellen. Das ändern, das lassen, davon mehr, hiervon weniger, das schneller, das andere langsamer,... Man gibt sich, seinem Körper und seinem Geist keine Chance erst ein paar kleine Schritte zu machen! Leider sind solche Gedanken soweit verbreitet und setzen einen in der Regel so sehr unter Druck, das man oft schon am Tag 1 scheitert. Die Lösung, sich jede Woche 1 oder 2 Gewohnheiten vornehmen. Angeblich benötigt man 3 Wochen um sich etwas an- bzw. abzugewöhnen. Ab einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt schaltet der Kopf auf Autopilot. Und schon laufen die ersten Änderungen wie von selbst. Danach kann man sich den nächsten widmen.
