Det gäller att definiera sitt ”problem” på ”rätt” sätt Om min bil inte startar på morgonen och jag har bråttom till ett möte. ”Problemet! är inte bilen just där och då. Det är att jag kanske inte kommer i tid till jobbet. Jag behöver alltså fokusera på att hitta en lösning på hur jag ska ta mig till jobbet och inte att leta efter en verkstad för bilen. Allt hänger förstås ihop och det gäller att prioritera saker i rätt ordning. Om någon vill gå ner i vikt bör man ställa sig frågan är det siffran på vågen som är ”problemet” eller är det kanske hälsan. När någon säger: ”Jag vill gå ner i vikt” tror jag de flesta tjänar på att grunda beslutet noggrant. Varför vill du gå ner i vikt? Om man börjar fokusera enbart på vågen och vikten blir det lätt förbudstänk som t.ex. ”Jag får inte äta det eller det eller det”… ”Jag måste sluta med att…” osv. Vi säger att målet i första hand är en bättre hälsa och välmående. Om man då definierar ”problemet” som att den nuvarande livsstilen är det som behöver förändras kan man istället byta ut INTE och MÅSTE mot att ”Nu ska jag börja leva mer hälsosamt”, ”Jag ska äta mer grönsaker…” osv osv En trevlig sidovinst av viktnedgången blir kanske sedan att du blir snyggare naken och att vågen visar mindre. Allt hänger ihop som jag skrev – men att från början definiera varför du vill göra förändringen kan ha stor effekt på hur det kommer att gå i slutändan. PS För övrigt behöver jag inte komma i tid till något alls idag eftersom jag hade den goda smaken att ta en semestervecka. Bilen ska för övrigt in på verkstad just idag DS

saved my carbs for this bad boy 🤭 Ended my day with 3 net carbs & was actually under my calorie intake for the day and I fasted for a little under 17 hrs! 🙌🏽 . . . . . . . . . . .
