Life is difficult...it’s okay to feel like giving up, just don’t give up If you’ve finished reading this, thank you 😁 here is a recipe that I’m proud of: Paleo Peach Coconut Banana Bars 🥰😍 Ingredients for 8x8 inche sheet: Crust: -1 cup of oat flour   @bobsredmill   -1/4 cup of coconut flour -1 tsp of baking powder -1 tsp of cinnamon powder -1 ripe banana -1 flax egg -2 tbsps of oat milk   @oatly   Filling -1/3 cup of sliced cube peaches -1 tbsp of corn starch -1 tsp of cinnamon powder -1/3 cup of shredded coconut Preheat the oven at 350’F. Mix the crust ingredients together. Then spread evenly on a lined parchment paper. Mix the filling together, save some shredded coconut to leave on top for decoration. Pour it on top of the crust and bake for 45’. Serve warm or let cool in then chill in the fridge for another 1 hour (best to leave overnight, but it probably will be gone right away🤣) Lots of changes and challenges coming for goods 🥳
