Extremism of any kind is a trigger for me.
When it comes to food, I've been an extremist for such a long time that made me lose sense of reality.
I've been on high protein diet, zone diet, vegan, raw vegan, raw till four, high carb, no carbs, paleo, high fat, no fat, low calories, carb cycling, juice fasting, intermittent fasting... YOU GET IT.
But honestly nothing helped me being consistent because I wasn't listening to my body needs and was instead strictly following a regime decided on paper by someone who has no idea of how my body responds to a specific food, of how my mind works based on my emotional state.
I've now found what works 🥬🥑🍆🥦🥔🥕🍒🍑🍋🍌🥗🍯🍝🍄🍠 for me.
