🍕Kids Prep: Pizza Pockets + Veggies + Hummus🥕 Prepped for my kiddo, but I loved this one too! Kinda a lazy calzone with a side of marinara for dipping. . (GF, vegetarian, 35-40 minutes, 4 servings) ~For the pizza pockets: 1 box pizza dough mix 8 oz. mozzarella (I used fresh), sliced 1/4 c. canned mushrooms and 1/4 c. canned olive slices (or any other preferred pizza toppings) 1 1/2 c. marinara sauce . 4 servings carrots 4 servings snap peas 4 servings hummus 8 Hershey’s Kisses . 1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray or line with a silicone baking mat. 2. Prepare the pizza dough according to package directions. Roll the pizza dough out, using flour as needed, into a 12 inch square. 3. Spread a spoonful of marinara on the dough, leaving a 1-inch edge. Arrange 2 oz. of the cheese on top of the sauce. Add a small amount of the chosen toppings (I used 1 T. each of the mushrooms and olives). Fold the dough in half and press to seal. If needed, use wet hands to press any holes closed. 4. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until the dough has browned. 5. Let cool completely before adding to a container. Serve with a side of marinara sauce. Best if warmed, but it can be served cold if needed. . ~Storage: 4 days. ~Freezer: 😀 (pizza pocket only).

Ingredients 4 Skinless boneless chicken breasts about 1 1/2 lb. 1 Tsp Italian seasoning mix 1 Tsp Garlic Powder 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika Sea salt and pepper 12 Asparagus stalks end trimmed 1 oz Sun-dried Tomatoes chopped 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese 1 Tbsp Olive Oil Instructions Preheat your oven to 400 F. Place the chicken on a clean chopping board and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Start cutting each one lengthwise to create the pockets. Be careful not to cut all the way through. Add 3 sprigs of asparagus and a couple of pieces of sun-dried tomatoes to a mozzarella slice, then roll it to hold them inside. Stuff the chicken breasts with it. Close the pocket with a toothpick. Heat oil in a large and cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the chicken and sear it until nicely golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side. Bake the chicken for 15-20 minutes, or until the cooked through and no longer pink in the inside.   #Repost     @coachginnytoll   • • • • • • 😍GARLIC BUTTER MEATBALLS W/ LEMON ZUCCHINI NOODLES😍 Read below for recipe & instructions! 👇👇 - TAG A FRIEND WHO WOULD LOVE THIS ❤️ ———————— Recipe:   @eatwell101   - - - - - - Ingredients: 1/2 lb ground turkey meat 1/2 lb ground pork meat or substitute chicken 1/2 cup shredded cheese of your choice 4 cloves garlic, grated + 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon red crushed chili pepper flakes, optional 1 crumbled bouillon cube, optional Salt and fresh cracked black pepper, to taste 1 cup fresh chopped cilantro (or parsley), divided 3 tablespoons butter 4 medium zucchini, spiralized Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tablespoon hot sauce ---- Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey and ground pork, cheese, grated garlic, Italian seasoning, bouillon cube, red chili pepper flakes, chopped cilantro and black pepper. Mix well with your hands or fork and form medium balls. Arrange on a plate and set aside. 2. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Cook the meatballs for 8 – 10 minutes on all sides, until browned and cooked through. While cooking, baste the meatballs with the mix of butter and juices. Remove to a clean plate and set aside. 3. In the same skillet melt remaining tablespoon butter; then add lemon juice, hot sauce, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if you want). Add the zucchini noodles and cook for 3 or 4 minutes, stirring regularly, until zucchini is done but still crisp and juices have reduced a bit. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper and garnish with more cilantro or parsley if you like. 4. Push zucchini on one side of the skillet and add the meatballs back to the pan and reheat for a minute or two. Serve immediately with a lemon slice on the side. Microwave Chocolate Chip Cookies. This is the best tasting cookie recipe I’ve ever developed. I made and ate 4 batches last night to perfect this recipe and each batch was an 8/10 or higher ⁣ ⁣ . Follow   @overnightbeast   👈   @overnightbeast   👈 . It’s very hard to get a good product without using sugar or lots of fat when experimenting with cookies. Cookies taste good because they have lots of both of those things and when you combine sugar and fat it creates a highly palatable end product. Using protein powder in a cookie is also a challenge because it’s a big drying agent. Usually a fat source would help to keep things moist but at the expense of the caloric load. I’ve tested this recipe with 5g of butter and 10g of butter. Both work but more is better and I’ve settled on 8g as a happy medium. I use metric measurements. If you want it to turn out exactly like I have it, use metric. ⁣ ⁣ INGREDIENTS⁣ 2 tbsp (10g) oat flour ⁣ 1 tbsp (5g) coconut flour ⁣ 2 tbsp (10g) vanilla casein protein ⁣ 1/4 cup (60mL) milk⁣ 2 tbsp (10g) powdered peanut butter⁣ 1.5 tsp (8g) butter, softened or coconut oil ⁣ 2 tsp (10g) mini chocolate chips ⁣ ⁣ PREPARATION ⁣ 1. Mix all of the ingredients together. Save some of the chocolate chips for the top if you want it to look cool. ⁣ 2. Microwave for 1-2 minutes or until the center has set. That’s it. Cool. Very easy. It makes 1 Cookie bowl/skillet or 4 cookies. The nutrition information is for the whole recipe. ⁣ 3. You can also bake them at 350F for 7-8 minutes if you want them in cookie form as seen above. I think they taste the same whether they have been cooked in the microwave or the oven. If you’re going for aesthetics, use the oven. I've been getting lots of messages asking about healthy, sweet meals + snacks. Here is one of my favorite, easy to prep ahead of time breakfasts! . Overnight oats - They can be made in a variety of ways but here's how I made these to keep them sweet + healthy! . DIRECTIONS / INGREDIENTS - 1. Open a mason jar. 2. Layer in the following yummies: +1/4 cup raw rolled oats +1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk +1 T chia seeds +1/2 t pure vanilla extract +1 t cinnamon +1/2 cup plain greek yogurt +1/2 mashed banana +1/2 cup fruit +1 T nuts 3. Little did I know that those cute innocent colorful mini bell peppers were uuuuuu so spicy 🌶. My guts are still burning after one bite which proves my point- READ LABELS and ingredients you guys 😂. On “sweeter” note here is a recipe for crunchy chickpeas that are the best thing to add to your salads. Vegan protein on its finest! Crunchy chickpeas: • 1 can chickpeas • juice from half a lemon • 1 tbsp olive oil • spices: cumin,salt,pepper,ginger and red paprika Drain chickpeas and rinse with cold water. Drain again. Put them in a bowl and add rest of the ingredients. Mix well and make sure to cover all chickpeas with spices and oil.Optional to peel chickpeas but not that necessary. Lay on baking tray and bake for 20 minutes on 430f. —————— Овие слатки мали шаренки бабурчиња беа не лути - ОТРОВ. Цревава уште ми се опоравуваат после едно залче 😂. Сакам или да ги грицкам или пак да ги додавам вака во салата. Екстра протеин и тоа во вегетеријанска форма. Крцкав наут: • 1 конзерва наут • сок од пола лимон • 1 лажица маслиново • зачини: сол,бибер,кимион,црвен пипер и ѓумбир во прав **** може да користите било каква комбинација на зачини што ги сакате или имате дома Во цедалка се истура наутот и се цеди водата од конзерва. Се премива со ладна вода, се цеди и се става во крпа и убаво се “пробришува”. По желба може да ја тргнете лушпата од секое зрнце ама и без тоа се вкусни. И двата начини ги користам и нема некоја преголема разлика. Се става наутот во тањирче и се додаваат останатите состојки. Убаво се промешува за секое зрнце да има масло и зачини. Се поставуваат на тава за печење и се распоредуваат во еден ред(да не се преклопуваат едно со друго). Се печат околу 20тина минути до 25 на 200°. Промешајте на пола време за да се испечат подеднакво. Треба да имаат златеникаста боја кога се готови.
