» Work snackin’ My go-to carbohydrate source is oatmeal & fruit! Then combine them and magic happens✨ This took roughly 45sec to make! I bought prepackaged oatmeal from   @traderjoes   it has chia seeds & pumpkin seeds too. Dumped it into a   @pyrexhome   and added some dried crans a n d wild blubs! I store it in my cooler lunch bag & add water// microwave when ready to eat. Easy as 1.. 2.. 3.. What’re your favorite healthy snacks? p.s. I’m currently reading ‘How Not to Die’ and I’m   #shook   has anyone read it before? If not, 12/10 recommend it.

I love   @eatbanza   . 🧀Dairy free? You can use any milk you want (I actually developed this with almond milk before I switched back to regular milk) and nutritional yeast. . 🥩Plant based? You can easily replace ground beef with mushrooms, “meat” crumbles from brands like   @lightlifefoods   and other creative homemade ground meat replacements, like a quinoa and nut mixture. . 👌🏼I’m a big believer in customization in recipes. My goal for all of you, whether you’re in the WWL Program or not, is to be able to look at any recipe and adapt it to your needs and preferences. . 😍Can’t wait to cook a whole new batch of meals this weekend! One Pot Chicken Fajita Pasta 🍝💪 - Ingredients (for 4 servings) 3 tablespoons oil 3 chicken breasts, sliced 1 red bell pepper, sliced 1 green bell pepper, sliced 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced 1 onion, sliced 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 tablespoon cumin 1 tablespoon garlic powder 5 cups milk (1 ¼ L) 4 cups penne pasta (400 g) 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded (100 g) - Preparation Heat oil in a large pot over high heat Add chicken and cook until no pink is visible, about 5-6 minutes, then take the chicken out. Add the bell peppers and onion, cooking until the onion is translucent, about 6 minutes. Add the chicken back to the pot with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder, stirring until evenly coated, about 30 seconds. Add the milk and the penne, stirring constantly to prevent any pasta from sticking. Cook for about 20 minutes until pasta is cooked and the milk has reduced to a thick sauce that coats the pasta. Add the cheese and mix until melted. Enjoy!
