𝕄𝕪 𝕓𝕠𝕕𝕪 𝕤𝕒𝕚𝕕, “ℕ𝕆, 𝕞𝕠𝕣𝕖!” 𝕄𝕪 𝕞𝕚𝕟𝕕 𝕤𝕒𝕚𝕕, “𝕆𝕟𝕔𝕖 𝕒𝕘𝕒𝕚𝕟 𝕤𝕚𝕤𝕥𝕖𝕣! 𝔾𝕖𝕥 𝕞𝕠𝕧𝕚𝕟.” Who knew sweat could feel so good?!It gives the mind a signal of accomplishment.
This week has been rough. It was only on Wednesday that I popped up and got my workout in with no worries or concern.
Every other day was an absolute struggle! I literally had to pry myself up and force myself to push play. The lazy side of me wanted a break, my body ached, and the bed felt so cozy. My mind on the other hand reminded me that I have goals and pain is temporary. I CAN DO THIS!
It doesn’t end there; My meals...ha! Completely off. It’s been a “wing it as I go” kind of week, with no meal prep. In other words, it’s left plenty of room for not the greatest choices and extra snacking. My body is now craving and begging for its nutrients and because it’s lacking them, I feel sluggish, foggy and just out of it. Not digging it!
The good news is, although a complete struggle, I managed to get a workout in every day this week. Just finished today’s! 💪🏾 My body did not and will not win this fight! 🙌🏾 Remember, Our mind is much stronger than our bodies! Start telling yourself “YES!” And believe it. You can do whatever you put your mind to.
I’m Heading to the grocery store next. Time to hop back on the meal prep bandwagon.
