Coloque todos os outros ingredientes em uma tigela e bata e mexa até que forme uma massa bem homogênea. Vá colocando os ingredientes 1 a 1, sempre mexendo após a adição. . Depois da massa bem lisa e homogênea, incorpore o fermento. Amasse bem e então coloque a massa em frigideira antiaderente com um pouco de azeite e doure os dois lados (como se faz com panqueca) Mas se preferir também pode ser feito desta forma⤵️ Adicione a massa em uma forma de silicone ou antiaderente, já no formato do pão. Usually when it doesnt move I get very discouraged and end up binging. However, j know that wont get me anywhere closer to where I want to be. Recipe: ✓  1/4 cup, ground, Nuts, almonds ✓  1/4 cup, Dried Blueberries ✓  1⁄2 tsp, Tumeric (I originally added this to turn balls ‘yellow’ ...aka natural food coloring...but that didn’t work, but I left it in b/c it’s a GREAT anti-infllammatory) ✓  1 tsp, Vanilla extract ✓  1 tsp(s), Water - Municipal ✓  1 scoop UCAN Lemonade ✓  6 dates Directions: *Put the Almonds in the food processor and ground them until fine *Then add the blueberries and dates, and ground them until really good doughy form occurs *Next add in turmeric (optional), vanilla extract, water and UCAN *Take an ice cream scoop and scoop into balls/bites....typically I get about 5 bites out of these ingredients *Refrigerate, ready to go in about an hour! *111 calories per UCAN energy bite/ball . . “Brown Rice Mushroom” is the perfect post- workout meal especially if you’re tried of eating “Chicken Rice”. Here how: Stir through some browned mushrooms at the end – So brown them, then remove them, and add some of them back in at the end. This is because the mushrooms that are cooked with the rice lose their caramelisation. Rice is stained brown from the mushrooms – If you cook the mushrooms on high heat and brown them nicely, the base of the pot will basically be entirely brown. Ever tried a healthy chia seed jam for breakfast? Here’s the recipe. Ingredients: 2 1/4 cups quartered frozen strawberries (I like to freeze fresh, ripe strawberries when they're in season) 1 - 3 tablespoons honey (or coconut nectar, maple syrup, agave nectar, etc.) 2 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds Step 1 Place frozen strawberries and 1 tablespoon of sweetener in a medium-sized pot over medium heat. Step 2 As the strawberries start to thaw, mash them with a fork or the back of a spoon and bring the mixture to a simmer. Step 3 Reduce heat to maintain a simmer for about 8 minutes, stirring frequently, until the strawberries are fully broken down and starting to thicken. Step 3.5 This is optional, but if you'd like a smooth jam, place the cooked strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth. Then place the mixture back in the pot over medium-low heat. (If you want to keep the texture of the broken down strawberries, skip this step.) Step 4 Taste the mixture and, if needed, stir in more sweetener until it's to your liking. Step 5 Add the chia seeds to the pot and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Step 6 Remove from the heat and pour into a glass jar. Let cool on the counter for at least 30 minutes, then place in the fridge until completely chilled. Seal the jar with a tight-fitting lid after the jam is fully chilled. Thirty to 60 minutes after your workout, consume 0.2 to 0.25 gram of carbs and protein per pound of your target body weight.
