I love this time of the year so much.⁣ ⁣ Let’s make some pumpkin muffins?? 🎃 They are so delicious and full of flavors, vitamins and minerals. ⁣ || Ingredients ||⁣ * 1 cup oats⁣ * 1/2 cup pumpkin ⁣ * 1 large ripe banana⁣ * 1 egg⁣ * 1 Tsp baking powder ⁣ * 1 Tsp baking soda⁣ * 1 Tsp cinnamon⁣ * 1/4 Tsp nutmeg ⁣ * 2 Tbs coconut oil⁣ * 2 Tbs maple syrup ⁣ ⁣ || Method ||⁣ * Heat your oven to 180 degrees and grease your muffin tin⁣ * Add all of the ingredients to a blender and whizz until smooth. Apart from being just plain delicious, there’s more reasons to love stewed apples ~ they’re high in a type of fibre called pectin, which is great for   #guthealth   💩 and makes the apples easier to digest than if you were to eat them raw👌🏼 Obviously drown them in cinnamon, or we can’t be friends. . RECIPE: 1 medium apple All the cinnamon A splash of water . 1️⃣Chop your apple into cubes and add to a pot with a splash of water + drown in cinnamon. 2️⃣Cook with the lid on until apple is soft and caramelised, and water is absorbed. This takes about 5-10 minutes. 3️⃣Spoon on top of your oats! . Tooo good!!💛💛
