Breakfast all week has been Cinnamon Apple Baked Oats with a big dollop of organic full-fat plain Greek yogurt — and I’m not even a little mad about it 😍🍎 In fact, I think it’s APPLutely delicious 🤪 Ready for a recipe that tastes like apple pie warm out of the oven, but is easy to prep and a nutrient-rich breakfast? Wait no more 💃 Happy Friday, friends! ✨ Be sure to tag me if you make this yummy fall recipe 🍂💛 • • • Ingredients: 1 & 1/2 cups rolled oats (I used   @thesoulfullproject   4-grain blend; there’s rye, oats, barley, quinoa in this mix) 2 Tbsp flax mill 2 scoops protein powder (I used   @nuzest  _usa Just Natural Pea Protein) 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp sea salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp ginger 1/8 tsp nutmeg 1 egg 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce 1/4 pure maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 organic gala apple chopped 📝Directions: Mix dry together in one bowl. Mix wet together in another bowl. Combine well. Fold in chopped apples. Pour into coconut oil lightly greased 9x9 pan. Add pecan halves on top. Bake at 350F for 40-45 mins, till top settles and all is golden brown. Let cool completely. I cut mine into 6 pieces and served with organic full-fat plain Greek yogurt and more cinnamon, to keep me full all morning.   #healthbyshortstack

MONTHLY MEAL PLAN IN OUR BIO⠀ .⠀ Follow us (  @simplyfitsociety  ) for more⠀ .⠀ By   @alyssa  _therecipecritic⁠⠀ .⠀ Honey Lime Shrimp⁠⠀ ~⁠⠀ Delicious sweet and tangy shrimp that will be on your table in just 30 minutes!⠀ ~⁠⠀ 1/2-1 pound large shrimp peeled & deveined⁠⠀ Marinade⁠⠀ 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil⁠⠀ 2 tablespoons honey⁠⠀ juice of 2 limes⁠⠀ 2 teaspoons garlic⁠⠀ 1/2 teaspoon salt⁠⠀ 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper⁠⠀ 1/4 teaspoon chili powder⁠⠀ optional: cooked white rice⁠⠀ Instructions⁠⠀ Add shrimp and all marinade ingredients to a large ziplock bag. Press as much air out of the bag as possible.⁠⠀ Chill 25 minutes, flipping the bag once or twice throughout.⁠⠀ Cook shrimp over medium-high heat in a large pan.⁠⠀ Stir though out, making sure to flip the shrimp as they turn pink.⁠⠀ Cook 4-5 minutes total. Serve over rice if desired. Enjoy!⁠
