A little impromptu health lesson for some pre-bedtime learning. Little Miss brought home an outdated food guide pyramid from health class, so we broke down the food groups, brainstormed foods that fit in each, and discussed why the sections of the food guide are different sizes. • • Meanwhile, Little Man colored a colon and took liberties to add a person sitting on a toilet, complete with some poops 💩. This created a great natural transition to introduce the idea of fruit, veggie, beans, lentils, and water intake to make those poops without a strain 😾. How’d you like to be part of our dinnertime conversation?! • • You can access your own in-home health class worksheets too at myplate.gov. • Talk about the fruit, but also talk about the poop. I have not shared about our debt free journey in a while. 💵 we thought it would take almost 5 years, but we cut it to 2.5 years!! . I am happy to say we are just a 3 payments away from freeing ourselves!!!! 😱 Oh man it is so stinking close I can just taste it!!! 🤤 . This journey has been worth EVERY MINUTE!! It has not been easy, but SO WORTH IT!!! We gave up cable, spending freely, buying things because it sounded good. When we started managing our money things changed!! I know I share a lot about my health journey...I feel like financial health is right along the same lines. It takes consistency and planning just like my health. Being debt free ties into my overall health! . Shout out to this guy for being a team player along the way. He’s my free spirit & I’m the nerd... but we do well as a team! 🍜 Thai Coconut Curry Noodles ⏲ Under 30 mins | Serves 2-3 Lately been obsessed with @hopefoods hummus 😍 & thought their Thai Coconut Curry Hummus would be DELICIOUS in some noodles 😋 So I chopped up some veggies, sautéed them, threw them in with some @eatbanza spaghetti, added in my hummus & called it a day 🙌🏼 Quick, easy & oh VEGAN 💁🏽‍♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Deets👇🏼 ▫️1/2 container Spaghetti (@eatbanza) ▫️1 container Thai Coconut Curry Hummus (@hopefoods) ▫️1 cup reserved Pasta Water ▫️3 cloves Garlic, minced ▫️1 tsp Ginger, chopped ▫️Baby Carrots, sliced ▫️Baby Bok Choy, chopped ▫️Toppings - Green Onions, Zesty Sprouts (@wholefoods), Sesame Seeds ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How To❓ ▫️Start off by prepping your veggies (use as much as you desire). Cook your pasta according to package instructions. ▫️Then in a pan, add in some sesame oil (or any other oil you like) & add in your carrots, garlic, & ginger. Sauté for about 2-3 mins. Then add in your baby bok choy & sauté for another minute. Set your veggies aside. ▫️Once your pasta is ready, drain out the water, reserving about a cup. To your empty pot, add back your pasta, the 1 cup reserved water, hummus, & your sautéed veggies. Simmer & cook on low-medium for 3 mins. ▫️Serve in bowls, topped with fresh green onions, zesty sprouts, & sesame seeds. {Recipe video tutorial in story highlights}

MAJOR stack of fluffy gluten free and dairy free blender pancakes, coming your way 🥞. . . Now who’s gonna help me eat some 😂?? . . Recipe: 1.5 cup of almond flour 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1/2 tbspn of honey 1 banana 3 eggs . . Just toss everything in the blender for a minute and you’re good to start frying these babies up! . . Topping: Coconut cream (the hard part of the cream) blended together with 1tspn vanilla, 1/2 tbspn of honey and blueberries for the pretty blue color.

Mấy hôm nay ai cũng nhận ra mình bị mất tập trung rất nhiều, hoàn toàn mình không thể tập trung kiểm soát bất kì cái gì hết. Trạng thái này rất rất khó chịu không hiểu nổi. Giai đoạn khủng hoảng gì đây không biết. Cần lắm sự giải toả đầu óc để quay về bản thân ngày nào. . . Nay nóng, thật sự nhìn thịt mình thấy kinh đầu không nuốt nổi. Mình ăn rau củ quả cho nhẹ nhàng tình cảm, tính tình tâm trạng dịu bớt, mất công nóng tánh lại to tiếng với học trò tội chúng nó hihi . ————— RATATOUILLE ———— Thích phim chuột đầu bếp lắm nên mần món này đây :)
