Pan fried homemade pumpkin gnocchi🌱 by @foodpassionical 🧡
Pan fried gnocchi recipe:
Gnocchi 250 gram
3 clove garlic minced
2 cups spinach
1 tomato roughly chopped
2 tbsp roasted pumpkin seed
1 tbsp mushrooms flavoured stir fry sauce
1 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp chilli flakes
Salt and pepper for seasoning
Heat margarine in a pan and add in the garlic, sauté till fragrant. Add the gnocchi and cooked on a medium high heat for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
Then add the chopped tomatoes, roasted pumpkin seed and spinach.
Next add the mushrooms sauce and stir fry for an additional minutes, seasoned with salt and pepper. Finally remove from the heat, sprinkle with chilli flakes and serve immediately.
