Do you want to get back into working out but you always feel really tired cause you work 40+ hours, you have kids, a family to take care of , a house to clean.. you just cant get the energy to go to the gym. . If thats you, here are a couple of tips that can help you get started: . 1. When you feel too tired to hop on the treadmill or go an hour long to the gym, just do a 15 minute workout ( If you need some Ideas I have some awesome workouts for you🙌🏽) Now you may find that when the 15 minutes are up, you actually have the energy to finish your workout strong. If you don't, you at least got a shortened version of your workout into your schedule and you can try a full workout the next day instead. . 2. Workout in the morning, even if its just 15 minutes as well. Getting it done as soon as you wake up means it's out of the way and you don't have excuses as far as stress and fatigue from your day. . 3. Sneak in your exercise 🤔If you find that you're too tired to make it to the gym or exercise on your own at home, make a commitment to achieve more physical activity throughout the day in other ways..Maybe take the stairs at work or in your apartment, try to park farther to get more steps in and walk faster. .
