A) Gör 100 lunges. Varje minut gör 5 dips.

B) Gör 100 dips.
Varje minut gör 5 lunges

Alt 2: reducera till 50 reps Idag har vi alltså en workout i två delar med 3 min vila emellan. Först gör du 100 lunges (för alternativ 2 så reducerar du antalet till 50). Varje minut (inkl första minuten), gör du 5 dips. Dipsen kan du göra lättare genom att sätta fötterna närmre rumpan! I lunges, gå ned så långt du kan med knät mot golvet, och håll rörelsen rak och i balans. Stegen fram och tillbaka ska ske med benen höftbrett isär. När du gjort dina 100/50 lunges, vila i 3 min. Därefter gör du 100/50 dips i samma anda - med 5 lunges varje minut (inkl första minuten!). Detta blir 🔥 fort, använd bara kort vila om du måste. Early morning session ✅ I did this mornings workout with no supplements just a big breakfast and a coffee just to see how my body reacted to my workout and the only thing I noticed differently was my recovery time through sets was a bit longer, didn’t get the biggest pump but still felt pumped and I wasn’t sweating as much. Interesting. I’m definitely not an early morning guy to train but I just couldn’t sleep last night and woke up at 5am this morning and felt the need to go and exhaust my body it’s now 9:15am and I have now done everything I needed to do today, early mornings aren’t so bad after all. What's to not like about Salmon, Veggies, and brown rice? Yes, its looks delicious! But, believe it or not there are many people who do not like fish.  If you’re a vegetarian for health rather than ethical reasons, it’s worth noting that a 2015 study in JAMA Internal Medicine reported that pescovegetarians—who eat fish but who are otherwise vegetarians—had a lower risk of colorectal cancer. Pesco­vegetarians were 43 percent less likely to develop the cancer over 7.3 years—a lower risk than vegans or vegetarians overall.  So how can you get the benefits of fish without eating it? Some plant foods—notably flaxseeds, wal­nuts, and soybean and canola oil—contain an omega-3 fat called alpha linolenic acid (ALA) found in fish. While fish can convert ALA from algae and other sea plants into EPA and DHA, humans can do so only to a very limited degree—less than 1 percent is converted, according to some estimates. So, one option might be to add fish oil supplements to your diet (although research on the effectiveness of fish oil supplements is still ongoing). Who said you can't have your pizza and eat it too?  Just give the low Carb Vegan Cauliflower Pizza a try: PIZZA CRUST: 1 head cauliflower, "riced" (yielding 6 cups cauliflower rice*) 1 1/2 DIY flax eggs (1 1/2 Tbsp (10 g) flaxseed + 4 Tbsp (60 ml) water 1/4 tsp sea salt 3 Tbsp Vegan Parmesan Cheese (or nutritional yeast if avoiding nuts) 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp dried basil 3 cloves garlic 1 heaping Tbsp cornstarch 1 Tbsp cornmeal (or gluten-free flour // to discourage the dough from  sticking to the parchment) TOPPINGS: Puréed tomatoes or Easy Marinara Vegan Pesto Sautéed or fresh vegetables (e.g. bell pepper, onion, mushroom) Fresh basil Red pepper flake Vegan parmesan cheese INSTRUCTIONS: In a large mixing bowl, prepare the flax egg and let rest 5 minutes. Then add cauliflower rice, sea salt, vegan parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, garlic, and cornstarch.  Stir. until “dough” forms.  Line a baking sheet or pizza stone/pan with parchment paper. Sprinkle with a little cornmeal or gluten-free flour to help prevent the pizza from sticking when slicing.  Then use your hands to carefully spread the dough into a circle or square (depending on shape of pan // see photo) and keep the crust slightly less than a 1/2-inch thick with a slightly thicker outer perimeter.  Bake crust for 45 minutes. Then remove from oven and carefully flip the crust. Do so by first loosening the crust from the bottom layer of parchment with a spatula and then laying another sheet of parchment paper on top of the crust. Then grab both sheets of parchment and gently flip. Arrange the crust back on the baking pan. Tired of your usual grilled cheese sanswiches? Then try this post-workout “Roasted Tomato Basil Grilled cheese Sandwich”. * Preheat the oven to 400°F. * Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the tomatoes on the sheet. Roast for 15 minutes until the tomatoes are starting to burst. * Place the tomatoes in a bowl and carefully mash with a potato masher to extract the juice. Strain the tomatoes completely and reserve the juice in a small bowl. Mix 1 tablespoon of the juice into ¼ cup mayonnaise until it has the consistency of a sauce (double the tomato juice and mayonnaise for extra sauce). Reserve the strained tomatoes and sprinkle them with kosher salt. * Spread each slice of bread with tomato mayo. Top with 1/4 of the strained tomatoes, shredded mozzarella, and some torn pieces of basil. Sprinkle the toppings with a pinch of kosher salt and top with another slice of bread. * Heat a grill pan to medium high and brush it with butter. Cook the sandwiches until toasty and the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes per side. Don’t like Turkey for Thanksgiving? Than give this Lemon Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Pasta a try: INGREDIENTS: 8 ounces Linguine Pasta 2 Tablespoons olive oil 6 Tablespoons butter 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1¼ pound large shrimp salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon italian seasoning 4 cups baby spinach ½ cup parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped 1 Tablespoon lemon juice INSTRUCTIONS: In a large pot cook the pasta in boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Using the same pan, heat olive oil and 2 Tablespoons of butter. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant. Add the shrimp and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the shrimp start to turn pink. Add italian seasoning and spinach and cook until wilted. Add the pasta back to the pot with the remaining butter, parmesan, and parsley. Still until mixed and butter is melted.
