If the individuals making these claims truly knew anything about nutrition, they would know these results are 100% due to water loss, NOT FAT LOSS. As soon as water intake is restore, the weight will BE BACK.
Stop feeding into the idea that there is a quick fix.
Stop spending loads of money on these bullshit claims and try investing in a proper nutrition coach.
Have you seen maintainable results from individuals pushing these diets?
I sure haven’t. Every case I have personally seen, the individuals have gained copious amounts of extra body fat after their initial loss. If you initiate your weight loss with a proper plan, you will be much further ahead in reaching and maintaining your goals.
Remember from my earlier posts, the effects of yo-yo dieting? Continuing to fall for quick fixes or restrictive eating WILL slow down your metabolism and create more fat cells in the body, making it HARDER and HARDER to lose weight. .
Build a proper sustainable diet, while eating as much as possible
Get a good night sleep
……. And repeat
