I’m getting pretty stoked! I weighed myself today ..I’ve gone from 105 lbs to 121 lbs !! HELL YEAH TO CARBS!! I’ve always struggled with being really small ( even with all 3 of my pregnancies) and making gains was extremely difficult for me. BUT, a large part of it was that I instilled in my brain carbs were bad . Don’t eat carbs. Thanks to encouragement and advice from family members / friends, I got passed that mind set. Now, I’m finally starting to get where I want to be. It sucks to know for YEARS I have not been giving my body what it needed to grow. Instead I was tired ALL THE TIME and even would make myself sick, because I would go hard with my workouts but wasn’t eating enough. Keep in mind that what works for some might not work for you. Experiment with your nutrition and workouts to find what works specifically for you and the goals your trying to achieve. Happy #legday So fun fact about me I bruise, fairly easy and I'm also pretty clumsy so naturally I normally have at least one bruise on me at any given time. Well today there were some walking lunges involved but we were given the option to add some weight or even better, do walking lunges while pulling a sled full of weight.
