Thank you tears 💧 for reminding me how deeply I can feel sometimes, thank you tears for always being there for me, a comfort and release in times confusion and despair, thank you tears for being so beautifully impermanent 🙏 . . . To all of you who've written to me and to whom I haven't responded yet ... know that I love you SO MUCH and that I'll get back to you as soon as I can, I just need a bit of time to cocoon and hold myself gently through this . . . At the moment I'm sooo deep and every time I think it's "over" (lol ... the ideas we have 😂🤣) I seem to go even further into this pain in my heart and yet more muck and funkiness keeps springing up ⛲ for me to love ... and f**k that's hard sometimes! . . . And the timing is so BAD (or so my judgment goes ...) as we're just about to launch some brand new offerings, which I'm SO excited about ... but I suppose some fear and insecurity around the upgrading required at my end has left me feeling somewhat overwhelmed and here I am, literally unable to get out of bed today . . . Self love means loving ALL aspects of ourselves, even the parts that really frighten us, it means loving pain when it comes up and not attaching a story onto how it "shouldn't" be here... if it's here, then beautiful, LOVE IT! That's reality right now and reality is ALWAYS more gentle than our stories; allow yourself to FEEL deeply and look within until there's no part left unexamined . . . ... and so that's how I'll be spending my day, going through my painful beliefs and doing #thework until there's no pain left, only awareness and a deep compassion for my inner child, who put up these barriers because she knew no better and who is just seeking my acceptance and unconditional love ... A nutrient filled salad to boost my iron and give me lots of absorbable iron from all the leafy greens! This salad has locally grown organic spring mix, organic spinach, tomatoes, red onion, walnuts, a soft boiled egg, and “Everything but the bagel” seasoning. Happy #EarthDay and belated #Easter ! I have had 2 very difficult eating days. Easter breakfast started me into an out of control spiral. I binged at breakfast and purged. I'm ashamed to admit it. It's hard to be honest about these mental demons I fight. I've lived with #bulimia for over 15 years. I'm still learning how to manage myself in food abundant situations. Purging left me feeling super upset with myself. Not like a pity party but more so like... why can't I just enjoy a normal portion even though there is a whole sheet pan of quiche, unlimited bagels and all the hashbrowns I can shovel into my mouth?! It's extremely frustrating. Dinner I ate more mindfully. I had a big salad and small portions of everything else and dessert. Today I woke up SO hungry. I had a bunch of fresh fruit with some whipped cream for breakfast, even though I was planning to get back to OMAD. Lunch consisted of a bunch of dried cherries and nuts. (Healthy, right?!) And for some reason that was it. It was an all out binge day. I had a whole bag of parmesan chips (3 servings) an egg salad sandwich, pasta and a few other snacks type things. I again ended up purging. I'm feeling like shit mentally but I know tomorrow is a new day. Sorry for being such a drag I just needed to get it out. Changing your lifestyle isn't easy but it's a necessity for me, right now.

I had vegan meat balls with whole grain angel hair spaghetti and tomato sauce, pomegranates, orange slices, strawberries, banana, celery, cucumber with herbs and sea salt, detox tea with dandelion, nettle, grapefruit, green tea, lemon juice and maple syrup, papaya smoothie with strawberries, coconut milk and maple syrup, a blueberry/strawberry smoothie with coconut milk and maple syrup, pistachios, cashews and pumpkin🍊 seeds. I really need to focus on my abs. I do the least for them 😔. After my fast ended I didn’t eat the foods I craved while fasting, but I did notice I was unable to eat much. So that’s a good thing. I want to attack this gut from inside AND out. Whenever I do abs or cardio I make sure I wear a sweatband or vest, or both. When I'm not doing #onemealaday or #extendedfasting, I do 18/6 #intermittent #fasting ( #if ), I eat within 6 hours window. I eat only lunch and dinner, no snacks. I'm not a snacker .. never been. I just have my desserts (fruits/nuts) after my meal. I find this schedule best fits for my daily life. When I work full time, I drink warm water, tea/coffee and start my day, I like to get productive early in the morning. My brain stop functioning about 3-4 pm and that's when I need another coffee. I'm out of the office by five, dinner with family @6pm. This is why #mealprep is so important because I can stick to my #healthylifestyle while providing #homecook meals for my family. Now that I'm not working, I start out with warm #lemonwater , drop my daughter off to school, #workout or #run with my dog, clean, then lunch, other household miscellaneous and mom's things then prepare dinner. This schedule still works for me. If I'm too busy, I do one meal or skip a day. I do allow a #carbup day (still trying to understand the benefits of this). It's helpful when I have outings, I don't want to be the misfits 😂🤣. Depending how much or what I do eat, I try to do #fasting to get my body back on track. 19 and a half fasted hours today. Was alot easier today I wasn't massively hungry but wasn't sure when I would get to eat due to work today so broke it with some roast lamb, carrots and scollop potatoes. Couldn't finish the whole meal! It's weigh in Monday! I'm ecstatic 😱 Down a total of 8 pounds in 3 weeks. ⚖️ This month's diet plan is Intermittent Fasting 18:6 Fasting for 18 hours, eating within a 6 hour window No diet restrictions. I've been eating any food my heart desires. Approx 1800-2000 calories a day. Still have another week and half until the month is over and on to my the next month's diet plan.
