T R A I N I N G Still haven’t really got any structure in training or programming at the moment. And I’m starting to get frustrated with it as I’m trying to do everything all the time. I hate going into the gym without a plan or a session in mind, if I do then sessions definitely aren’t as productive compared to when I do have a planned session. I thought taking some time off being programmed would give me some space to just do what I want when I want but in realisation it is a little more stressful and I defiantly am someone who needs structure to their training to see progression. As training is my release from life and keeps me sane I’ve always protected it and made it a priority but that priority is starting to slip. From this I can 💯 see why some people especially beginners give up the gym so easily. Remember Will Smith said self love is self discipline. When you say that you love yourself, that means that you have behavior towards yourself that is loving. - I think the word discipline has kind of gotten a bad name. We think about it in terms of punishment. I’m not talking about discipline in that way.
