After throwing a pool party for 170 people last weekend, we have been left with a lot of produce. Yesterday we decided to kill the pineapple 🍍 and put a dent in our limes. We ended up with three different milk punches currently sitting unstrained in the fridge (expect a big milk Punch week) and this whipped gem 💎.
▪️.5oz Pineapple 🍍 Liqueur
▪️1oz Whipped Pineapple 🍍
We blended everything in blender with ice and filled cocktail glass about halfway. We then added .5oz of Giffard Blue Curacao, and topped that with the rest of the blended mixture. It creates a very fun look, with the blue making an appearance both on bottom and on top of the drink.
Pineapple and Mezcal is a no-brainer and, though we don’t normally do blended drinks, this was a perfect fit for the hotter days we’ve been experiencing in the Newport Beach area. ☀️ ☀️ ☀️
