good morning everyone💖 super simple breakfast this morning. I hope you’ve all had an amazing week! To be honest, this week hasn’t been the greatest for me😕. I’ve been feeling really guilty and not confident about myself at all. I’m going to a pool party on Sunday and I’m actually pretty scared about going. I’ve been SOO bloated lately😬 and I’ve been wanting to know why. I think I might be lactose intolerant, so I’m going to try not eating dairy today and see how that goes. I am going to a farmers market today, so I hope that makes me feel better. •••••
