Guys!! Itโs finally Saturdayโผ๏ธ Weโve got lots to talk about, so sit tight.
Coming home from camp Iโve had 0 desire to get back in the gym (who am I?). It really took a toll on me and itโs been frustrating, so Iโve only worked out twice this week rather than 6๏ธโฃ times.
As I was talking to one of my friends, she made me realize that Iโm not enjoying my routine. I โค๏ธ lifting heavy with small reps. Iโve been doing lighter weight with higher reps for what seems like months.
I also love the strength training aspect more than I do classes, so Iโm switching this thing up.
Tuesday/Thursdayโs Iโll be strength training(switching to heavy weight, low reps) and Iโm going to pick one day a week to do a class (probably Saturday). Iโve always wanted to start running, but just have never done it, so guess what Iโm going to do?? START RUNNING!! ๐โโ๏ธ So, MWF Iโll be running on my days off from the gym. Weโve gotta switch things up otherwise my butt wonโt be in the gym enjoying life anytime soon, itโll feel more like a chore.
