In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the ginger, garlic powder, curry powder, cumin, coriander, flour, cornstarch, club soda, salt, and pepper. Let stand for 5 minutes. In the meantime, process the yogurt, lemon juice, and cilantro in a food processor; season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving platter. Working in batches, fry the cauliflower piece until crisp and golden brown, about 4 minutes total. Remove from oil using a spider or slotted spoon and transfer to a wire rack set over a baking tray lined with paper towels. Season lightly with salt. Serve cauliflower pieces with yogurt sauce. Simple sugar in any form spikes your blood glucose level and makes you hungrier quicker . Here are a few things to do to cut your sugar intake: 1. After a few minutes, add the coconut milk and let simmer for 5-8 minutes. The broccoli should soften but still be tender-crisp. Add the curry paste to the pan and whisk it until it combines with the coconut milk. Add the chickpeas. Bring to a slight boil and add the cornstarch. Boil for about a minute, then reduce heat and let cool slightly. The lemon🍋, herbs garlic and chilli flakes are all “makes it even tastier” ingredients but even the base recipe is SO GOOD as it is, plus there’s loads of customisation options. You don’t even need both cheeses, either parmesan OR a melting cheese is good enough. Avo-egg-in-a-hole 🥑😋 - INGREDIENTS - 2 avocados 2 tbsp. butter, divided 4 large eggs Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper 1/4 c. shredded cheddar 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled 2 green onions, sliced - DIRECTIONS - Cut avocado in half and remove pit. Lay avocado halves on their sides and carefully cut lengthwise into 2 thick slices each. Hollow out middles with a paring knife. In a large, nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Place avocado slices into skillet and crack an egg into the center. Season with salt and pepper. Cover skillet and cook until egg is cooked to your desired doneness, about 5 minutes for a just runny egg. Sprinkle cheese on top of each slice, cover with lid again and cook until the cheese is melted, a minute more. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Garnish with bacon and green onions.

FREE 1-WEEK MEAL PLAN IN OUR BIO⠀ .⠀ Follow us (@simplyfitrecipes) for more⠀ .⠀ By @easy.healthy.eats⠀ .⠀ 👅🙌🏼Grilled Shrimp with Roasted Garlic Cilantro Sauce🍤⠀ ---⠀ Ingredients:⠀ 1.5 lb uncooked prawns⠀ Salt and pepper⠀ Olive oil⠀ Roasted garlic-cilantro sauce:⠀ 1 small head garlic, top trimmed off⠀ 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves⠀ 1 lime, juice of⠀ 1 tbsp dry white wine⠀ 3 tbsp olive oil⠀ 2 tbsp chili sauce (or 1 tbsp dry chili flakes)⠀ ---⠀ Instructions⠀ Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.⠀ Peel, devein and rinse the prawns or your choice of shrimp. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Place the prawns in the fridge until ready to grill.⠀ Trim the top of the garlic head off, but leave the garlic intact. Drizzle generously with olive oil. Roast the garlic in the 400 degree F-heated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until slightly tender and fragrant. When ready, remove from the oven. Let cool briefly. Peel and crush or chop the roasted garlic as finely as possible.⠀ Now prepare the roasted garlic-cilantro sauce. In a small bowl, combine the roasted garlic with the remaining sauce ingredients of cilantro, lime juice, white wine, olive oil and chili sauce. Whisk together and set aside.⠀ When ready, lightly oil and heat a cast-iron grill or griddle to medium-high. Dress the prawns with a little olive oil and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. You want to achieve some char, but be careful not to overcook the prawns.⠀ Remove the prawns from the grill to a bowl and coat well with the roasted garlic and cilantro sauce. Transfer to a serving platter. Alternatively, transfer the grilled prawns to a serving platter and simply add the roasted garlic-cilantro sauce on the side.⠀ Serve with pasta or rice and a green salad for dinner; or simply as a party appetizer. Enjoy!
